RISE WITH THE COLD
These retreats are for those ready for a real shift. A reset you experience in your body. A level of clarity that comes when everything else falls away.
Through breath, cold, and controlled intensity, you reconnect with yourself - and recognize how much more capacity you’ve had all along. You learn to stay present when it matters. To remain steady under pressure. To trust yourself when things get uncomfortable. That experience doesn’t fade. It stays with you - and changes how you move through everything that follows.
Why Do People Fly Across the World for This?
Because nothing else quite meets you like this
You will go beneath the ice - and come back sharper, calmer & more alive.
You breathe through what once stopped you - and find control where there used to be reaction
You feel it all - and grow trough it, with nature as both challenge and guide
This isn’t about adrenaline or ego.
It’s a deeply guided experience, built on science, ancient wisdom, and decades of real-world practice -
co-facilitated by Mother Nature herself.

Cold Camp Finland Retreats are immersive, hands-on experiences designed to reconnect you with yourself through breath and cold.
Over the weekend, you’ll step out of your normal routine and into the raw Finnish nature—learning how to use breath and cold exposure to stay calm, focused, and in control under pressure. It’s an opportunity to deepen your understanding, challenge yourself in a safe and guided environment, and experience what happens when you meet discomfort directly.
You leave feeling clear, energised, and with a stronger sense of trust in yourself.
-
Both retreats share the same foundation—breathwork, cold exposure, ice diving, and guided experiences designed to build calm, focus, and self-trust.
Rise with the Cold is the core experience.
It’s designed to introduce you to the power of breath and cold, helping you reconnect with yourself and step confidently outside your comfort zone.
Forged by the Cold is the next level.
It builds on that same foundation, adding deeper challenges and more advanced breathwork—exploring both technique and the philosophy behind it.
You’ll go further, both mentally and physically, with experiences that put your focus and presence into action:
A deeper ice diving experience (depth dive under the ice)
Target shooting with night vision
Crossbow shooting, including from cold water
These elements are designed to test your ability to stay calm, precise, and in control under pressure.
If Rise is about discovering what you’re capable of,
Forged is about going deeper—and applying it.
-
