Experience

I have vast experience in the health industry and have been right at the forefront of biohacking since its rise to fame some years ago. 10 years in the breathwork world and 13 in the cold exposure.
A Story Teller

I am a story teller, who walks the walk. I am honest, you will get truth in whatever i do. I have been called "inspiring" yet it is me who is constantly inspired on a daily basis living here in Finland and rubbing shoulders with those who i work with and am connected with.
