4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds for retreats, sessions, or programs are handled according to the individual refund policy displayed on the respective booking pages.

Unless explicitly stated, all digital products, coaching programs, and mentorship payments are non-refundable.

5. No Medical or Therapeutic Claims

Our coaching, breathwork, cold exposure training, and mentorship programs are not medical advice, not therapy, and not a substitute for professional healthcare.

By participating, you acknowledge:

• You are physically and mentally able to take part

• You take full responsibility for your own wellbeing

• You will consult your doctor if you have concerns

Retreats involving physical exposure (e.g., cold immersion) carry inherent risks. You accept those risks by choosing to participate.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. If someone logs in as you and sets the place on fire digitally, that’s on you.
