Calm is a Skill Workshop 7th of March

from €78.00
Ticket type:

Calm Is a Skill.

After 15 years of cold exposure i learned that the cold doesn’t care who you are.

It doesn’t care about your job, your schedule, your responsibilities, or how strong you think you should be.

When you step into cold water, your nervous system reacts the same way it does to daily stress — elevated heart rate, shallow breathing, tension.

Cold is honest...its actually as real as it gets.

Years ago, I began using cold exposure not as a test of toughness, but as a training ground for composure. I learned that the water isn’t the challenge — my reaction is.

When you learn to breathe through the cold, you learn to regulate your stress response anywhere: in a difficult conversation, a busy week, a restless night.

The cold shows you your patterns.
...and the breath teaches you how to change them.

As a breathwork and cold exposure coach based in Finland (originally Australian), I guide people to train their nervous systems safely and intentionally. This isn’t about extreme challenges. It’s about building calm you can access anytime.

In this busy and unpredictable world stress isn’t going away.

But your response can evolve.

You will learn:

 • Understand your stress response
• Learn breath-led regulation techniques
• Train with structured cold exposure
• Follow safe, progressive protocols
• Build real-life stress resilience
