For many years, people from “Back home” have been asking about my sessions and how they might get involved or experience them. Breathing and “Breathwork” has become a huge trend in health in 2021 and you could say, is the “next yoga”.
Well, finally i will offer a Breathwork experience online for Aussies

Wrap up/Sharing
Please ensure:
- You have a cozy space (bed, yoga mat, floor - something that supports the spine but you can see/hear me on a computer/mobile device) 
- Have some water close by 
- Don´t have a full belly before the session (much easier to breathe when you have an empty belly or fasted) 
Please note:
Session not suitable if
- Pregnant 
- Epilypsy 
- Schizophrenia 
- Heart issues 
- other serious medical ailments - If in doubt please seek clearance by a medical professional
