Welcome to this deep breathwork session. The purpose of this session is to let go, dive deep and work with your breath. We will be practicing deeper, “full body” breathing technique as well as some small “breath holding”, or pausing between breaths.
PLEASE BRING:
- Yoga mat 
- Blanket + Pillow (rolled up sweater or towel is ok for pillow) 
- Drink bottle 
- Swim wear 
- Towel

1205 - Warm up exercises
1220 - Meditative Breathing
1240 - Deep Breathwork
1340 - Sharing/Unpacking
1400 - Sauna
Not suitable if:
- Pregnant 
- Epilepsy 
- Schizophrenia 
- High Blood pressure/Heart Issues
