WHAT I CAN SHARE

I live what i teach. I am out there experiencing all of the amazing things life has to offer, whether that be breathwork with well known evangelists, breaking through barriers and comfort zones through the gym.

I am a tribe builder by nature. I love working with people and i get energy when i see others break through barriers and do the seemingly impossible.

From breathwork, to cold, stress or anything health or personal development related, I always have plenty to give in these areas and cant wait to share that with you!

Presentations are held in English.

I am a story teller, who walks the walk. I am honest, you will get truth in whatever i do. I have been called "inspiring" yet it is me who is constantly inspired on a daily basis living here in Finland and rubbing shoulders with those who i work with and am connected with.
